In 2022 I launched my art website and finally gathered the courage to call myself an artist. I went through some dark times as I forced myself to share my artwork online, even though the vulnerability was painful. I had many ups and downs; I had incredible support from friends and family, but lots of demons to confront as I redefined success. Scheduling around family needs was hard. The lack of deadlines and clients was hard. It was a difficult year of personal transition and growth.
