Nothing Stays (Print)
11x14” archival art print. This print is made from an original painting (acrylic, oil stick, and colored pencil) created in 2022. Prints ship within 3 business days.
I began the Night Garden series in 2020, during the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. We had recently purchased a small, rural cabin and I was both in awe of the natural beauty around me and terrified as the world came apart at the seams. I was lonely but suffocated by never being alone. I became fascinated with darkness behind beauty, things lurking beyond view, and the disparity that can exist between inner and outer health. As time goes on, I’m interested in the lenses with which we view our lives, and the temporary nature of life’s seasons (for better or worse).
